It was in a lovely and stunning location just next door to Tal-y-Cafn, and the mountains. The staff were attentive and affable, nothing too much trouble. The room was spotless & modern with excellent bathroom, had free Wi-Fi.

All in all everything was perfect, had a great stay for the first night of a 2 night stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming, ready to any request. The hotel was right by a main restaurant, beautiful waterfalls and attraction points thanks to its marvellous and lovely location.

Unique and incredibly beautiful place, I thoroughly enjoyed incredibly attentive personnel.
There were comfortable beds and central heating, an ironing set, and tea and coffee making facilities inside the room. The view of the mountains from the suite was incredible. I found the hotel's location perfect and exceptionally nice, really close to the pub, a slope and the restaurant.

Professionalism from the whole staff. Reasonably large and beautifully designed room with an amazing bathroom, hot tub plus mountain views, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Location short walk to the Conwy valley and local attractions. Also, in everything she did absolutely fantastic. Honestly nothing too much trouble.
